- Upon entering into an arrangement with me (the artist), by sending all or part of a payment or submitting an entry to a contest or raffle, you (the recipient) thereby effectively state that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined within the following ToS.
- In agreeing to be bound by the content of this ToS, the recipient states that the artist's ToS supersedes any ToS that the recipient might have.
Payments, Pricing & Refunds
A more or less comprehensive list of prices is located on the Catalogue page of this site.
Please examine these prices and determine your ability or inability to purchase before requesting a commission slot.
DO NOT request a commission if you are unable to pay. Commissioners who cannot provide payment upon completion of a piece will not receive the unmarked version, and may be denied commissions in the future. The piece will be scrapped or reworked and re-sold.
• I only accept payment via PayPal.
• Payment for commissions costing less than $90USD is taken in full after approval of the preliminary sketch. If a commissioner is unsatisfied with the final product following this, they are entitled to a refund of half the commission price (not including fees taken by PayPal). The commission may then be re-purposed and sold to another buyer after identifying character features have been removed. A commissioner does not retain the right to use a piece they have asked to be refunded for, and will be blacklisted for doing so.
• Commissions costing $90USD or more, a non-refundable down-payment of one third of the purchase price is required up front. The latter two thirds are paid upon completion of the preliminary and final stages, respectively. Refunds are not offered in the final stages of completion.
• If I am unable to complete a piece, for any reason, the commissioner will receive a full refund.

Alterations, Revisions & Copyright
• You may not claim my work as your own.
• You may not alter or remove my signature from a piece.
• You may not re-sell my work for profit.
• You may not edit, revise or alter my work, or have another artist edit, revise or alter my work. If you wish for something to be changed, you may request as much while the piece is still in development and I will make the revisions myself.
• Some revisions may call for additional fees, based on complexity and the stage at which they are requested.
• Speedpaints and speed icons are finished in one sitting. Revisions are not offered unless a major error has been made.
• I do not make revisions based on my style. Please ensure I am the kind of artist you want before commissioning me.

Communication With the Artist
• I expect commissioners to approach me in a professional manner. I will extend the same courtesy. Remember that you are paying for a service.
• Commissioners are expected to maintain contact. Loss of contact may result in the commission being scrapped or re-sold.
• Commissioners must be clear about what they want from the start - be detailed and concise, please.

Final Note
Any work I produce may be entered into my portfolio. You, as a commissioner, effectively state that you understand and allow for this upon submitting an application for a commission. I reserve the right to turn down a commission for any reason.
